HOW TO USE:
- Hold eyelid taut with one hand while applying product with the other
- Look down, then start the application at the base of the lash, wiggling the wand gently back and forth to coat the sides as well as the bottom of the lashes
- If applying mascara to lower lashes, look upward, then apply using the rounded tip with the wand in a vertical position
